Extremely good but could do with a few more options. * Driver to be able to see the photo of the rider * Driver to be able to see after auto accept, what is the discounted price, not only at the end but to confirm with customer. To see any changes during the drive not just at the end of the trip. * To have the daily income breakup first and then the Total for the week. Other wise Kudus to the developers no glitches. Thanks

The app is good, but if you can add the option for the driver to choose which place he wouldn't like to service because some areas are very dangerous for us drivers, including some malls where the taxis are fighting us. This is for our safety and it will also solve our driver's score as the will be no need to cancel the ride that you have accepted. Another thing as your navigation, it doesn't communicate with us, it just give the blue long, it needs improvement.

My ratings keeps on dropping even if I keep everything up to standard. My car is always clean, always on time and I drive safely with the right speed, I play the music that the client likes, I help with their luggage and stuff, I greet and have a chat with them (if they're open to talking). They always rate me good but my ratings keeps on dropping. How is it fair to me??? My activity score keeps on going up except my ratings.
