Ratings and reviews

Having the app is not an option, as its for work. App does not work all the time and not reliable for work. Others complain too. Also opted out of marketing, but due to wanting push notifications. I still get push ads for referring Bright. So here is my recommendation. I expect rewards from this referral.

Was ok till three updates ago - now it doesn't work, so I can't book any absences or read any documents from my employer. And I can't even contact Bright to tell them the app doesn't work because that option doesn't work either! More than a little frustrating as my employer will only communicate with me via this app!

The app keeps spamming me with notifications to try and get me to sign other companies up to use it, despite the fact that I only have the "Your Company" notifications enabled (for things like absences or contract documents). If this doesn't stop I will be insisting that my workplace stops working with BrightHR and will advise everyone I know to never do business with them.
