Every time you launch the app, it makes you sign in, provide an SMS verification code, then set up a PIN and biometrics login. Need to use the app again the next day? You might think that you can use your PIN or biometrics to login quickly, but no! MyBupa makes you go through the entire set up all over again. Extremely inconvenient to use when you need it, and Bupa makes it more difficult to order a physical card to push us to use this broken app instead.

Every time I go into the app, it wants me to set it up again, even if I've already done it. It is a frustrating process as I have to get the one-time code and set up a pin. Then after a few hours or even over to the next day, I have to do the set-up all over again. Bupa can you please fix this as it's caused me to lose my place in the queue on the chat and makes the process slow when I try to use the digital card. Before the last update, the app was working fine and I had no issues

Doesn't let me login, I know my login details are absolute correct. I logged in on the same device via Web, with the same details but it just decided not to let me login despite trying multiple times. I have to call Bupa support everytime I want to use it, and I only use it every six months. Such a nightmare of an app to deal with, just get the card. This is absolutely not worth dealing with everytime you want to use it.

It’s concerning to hear that you're unable to log into the myBupa app, and if this is still happening I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Service team by using one of the methods listed here (https://www.bupa.com.au/contact-us) so they can double check there's no issues with your policy, and then escalate to the Digital team.
