Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. I've been running for a few years now, and I admittedly always hated stretching. I was one of the "my first mile is my warmup" people. I knew a bunch of stretches but just found it to be so boring and monotonous. I finally asked a few running groups what apps they liked. This was the second one I tried, and I've been hooked ever since. There are so many programs on here for so many things! It's definitely worth the price if it means you'll actually use it. I stretch 5-6 days a week now.

Injury prone, middle-aged runner here who has been running for more than 30 years. I love this app! There are so many stretching, strengthening, and targeted strengthening area routines and programs you can follow along to which is my preferred way of working on this type of necessary work for my body. I Iove that the routines are 15-30 minutes as well which makes them more digestible. I definitely recommend this app to new and seasoned runners alike!

It makes a difference! I'm a distance runner and started the app when I noticed getting up off the floor left me hobbling with hip tension/pain for several steps. Was consistently using the app while training and building miles and noticed it was a lot better. Got inconsistent and it started again. the sessions are really quite relaxing and it's worth the time!
