great service. so convenient. have used it more than 5 times now and so far zero issues with app, ordering or delivery. have compared my shop multiple times to ordering straight from Coles, and milk run is only couple $ difference. but the major difference is that I'm getting my groceries delivered in 30 minutes. can't beat that! $5 delivery is cheap and makes this app appealing

I LOVE this app. It's been a godsend while I've been unable to drive as much. Very easy to navigate, add items to the cart, and purchase. They also have great specials and daily meal deal bundles. Delivery usually takes around an hour. So convenient!! I would like if they could do double dash with this app at some point so you can also purchase items from elsewhere in the one delivery fee.

Appalling and horrifying there is no way to organise the items, making browsing essentially impossible. This is very weird as I would have thought they want to encourage browsing the 'shelves' easily so we end up buying more. As it is now, with no order or way to narrow down items displayed, you can only find the item you want if you type it specifically into the search bar. Good luck trying to find it in a chaotic nonsensical jumble of loosely-related items on infinite scroll! Ugh!
