I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

Why even bother having an app at this point? There are various buggy things that crop up off and on - some new, some old. My current problem is trying to upload a photo to print. Everytime I try to walk thru the steps on the app to upload a photo, I get the login prompt, get a code sent to email and login. Then I go attempt to upload the photo again and get the same login prompt to do it all over again, like I'm stuck in a Groundhog Day loop, never accomplishing anything.

I don't usually write reviews but this app is so terrible I felt the need to warn others so you can hopefully avoid frustration. I tried using the website to create a photo card and it was not compatible with my mobile phone (wouldn't let me edit text), so I downloaded the app. I initially was pleasantly surprised that the app allowed me to edit and create the photo card I wanted. After all my effort, I got an access denied message when trying to submit the order. seems impossible to order.
