Overall a very useful mobile app but have to take off a couple of stars for the following reasons: No option to set a later date for bill payments. They are processed immediately. That's a very basic function that other bank apps have. They took out the forex functionality and we have no idea when it's coming back or if ever. It was bad enough that they buried it inexplicably under transfers, now they took out for no apparent reason.

App looks decent. I just wished they could add the locking and unlocking of cards in the app itself instead of having us register to ESTA every time we have to lock or unlock our cards coz that's a total hassle and time consuming. Sorry for giving it one star, this feature is really important to me and I can do it easily with other banks but not in EW.

Works great last year. Called Easy**y, but now, I can't even access my account, kept prompting if I'm still using the old app, whereas I'm in the new app. Prompts to register, and after filling, will prompt that my account is already registered. Tried using "forgot username/ password", but there's no OTP sms (though I do receive EW transactions-related OTP by sms). Does not have an email option to send the login OTP. Inconvenient, app/ EW got issues, maybe soon, prompt EW clients to withdraw! 👋
