Google Pay for Business is a technically excellent app, but its customer support is a major letdown. It took four months and countless attempts to complete my video verification. I also ordered a soundpod which was never delivered. Luckily, I found a Gpay for business agent outside my shop who installed one for me, which is working great. The app's seamless operation is undermined by this utterly useless and frustrating customer service.

the worst app for accepting payment with the worst service. i ordered a sound pod with yearly plan. only a month later the sound pod doesn't work properly and always says 'no sim card detected'. after calling the customer support service, they give me assurance to replace it within 5-7 working days and now it's about 2 months. they didn't replace it and give me refund.

The sound box is giving me a lot of trouble, the transaction is not showing up quickly, I did not get the cashback of Rs. 125 for the last month, I am very worried, I have decided to change the sound pod, it is causing a lot of trouble, I would rather use the phone pe It's going well.
