the app is generally good, but you've decided to take a part of it that was completely fine and make it distinctly worse. the everyday offers where you primarily get cash back was easy to navigate and view. now it's a laborious long winded process that adds nothing to experience and takes everything away from it. I want quick, easy to scan/read and activate. now I spend more time pressing buttons to make sure I'm not missing any. this is a classic case of "if it's not broke, don't fix it!"

Would give 4.7 stars if it were possible. Easy to use and navigate. There has been a useful increase in features during the last 2 years, and the visual presentation is now much clearer. The search facility now has an editable search-scope end date. Requests: Lloyds, please label payments in and out with the last 4 digits of the distant account number, for identification. And please stop using silly terms like "Your spaces". They're not spaces, they're sections — the app is not a spacecraft!

Useful for most things, but not so good when you want help. I didn't recognise a card transaction but could have resolved the problem if the app had shown the time the transaction was made. I then tried the chatbot but, as expected with these things, it was hard work and proved entirely useless. it said I needed to speak to someone but then didn't even give me the relevant number. A banking app should be much more helpful than this.
