Taking my review down from 4 stars to 2, because lately it randomly spits out an extra photo that I did not tell it to print. The other day I was printing out photos of an event, and it effectively wasted 7 extra sheets of the zink paper. That's almost a whole pack of 10. Please ask the developer to address this bug. It seems to be when it's done printing one batch of photos, and then when I start another batch it kicks out an extra of the last photo from the first batch.

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can take that might help resolve the issue: Reset the printer. Forget the native Bluetooth from the mobile settings

It's so easy to use! I got this Sprocket to take photos of the fabric I had on hand. I now use it to document in photos my knitting journey. It connects to your gallery and you can manipulate the photo by cropping, rotating and so much more. I've not used many of those features as my work is pretty straightforward. The cost is low and the photo paper is HP quality. I don't use the off-brands because I want to remember in true color.

3.5⭐. great little apps & always reconnects super easy after no use for a while. the printing is a little dark and often off center - app shows one thing but unless you click to make sure it's centered and to the edge, it will print off. used to connect to Google photos, now it's only internal phone and Facebook which is every disappointing.

We apologize for the inconvenience. To improve print quality, use cleaning sheet (the blue card included in the paper pack) before printing. Regarding the photo being off-center, we’ll share this feedback with our R&D team for further investigation. The Google Photos option may return in a future update. Thanks
