you can forget about the first order discount as they will make you lose it, I ordered some stuff, applied the voucher and when you go to payment, the otp has a 30 second window and if you pass this the voucher is stuck to that order and the order will not pass through, after calling the customer service they said make a new order without the discount as we can do nothing about it. hilarious....

worst costumer service! i order 8days ago till now hoping to arrive my order emailed them many times. they said that it will resolve within 24 to 48hours.. but turned out nothing.. no update from them.take note this is my 3rd purchase that it didnt come they cancelling my 2 order without informing me.

What a worst customer service they are providing, this was my first and last order, they don't even listen to the customer queries and start saying we can't do this madam what the hell, what is the purpose of keeping helpline number if you can not solve a customer request from 3 days. Not recommended for online purchases at all!!!
