The latest update introduced the Power Outage feature, but entering a reference number shows “No Data Found,” which means it isn’t operational. Why add a feature that doesn’t work? The installment feature has improved, but other options also need to function properly, including checking wrong meter readings. The app should allow users to upload meter photos from the gallery, and a duplicate bill option must also be added.

Load profile option doesn't work for my smart meter. In the start that was working for few days but now when ever i want to open it, it says "wait for a moment" and then no response for this option, and daily consumption option has also the same issue, it was also working for starting few days but now it doesn't show any thing. This problem is for last almost 1 month What's the issue is??

Useless App I had submitted my reading through the app, which was 191 units. However, the meter reader came 2 days late and sent the reading, which had gone up to 203 units. I filed a complaint, and it showed that my issue was resolved but my bill was neither changed nor were the complaint details shown to me. It only showed that the issue was “solved.” Because the units exceeded 200, I was charged an extra 6,000.
