Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

Hi Singtel, the latest version of the app as of today (which also shows the winner of the Samsung phone on a 2nd screen) is not working properly - the winner screen resolution is too large and I can't close it as I can't tap on the X. It's preventing me from accessing the main app, as I'd like to top up the data. Can you please check? Thank you. FYI: I'm using a Samsung S20+ phone.

This app has lots of bugs! Especially the in-app game like spin & win. Even though you have already made a top up to your hi-card which will give you 2 free spins. But when you try to claim the free spins, it stated that you don't have any even though you received SMSes stating otherwise. Suck BOLLOCKS!?!
