Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

I don't understand what is Hi!App issue. Before the update, it was working fine. However, after the update, it has become an unfriendly experience. Now I have to keep key in the password everytime I want to have a quick check on amount left. And now, my usual option to pay via Card or Singdash never work! I tried to reach out for assistance and there has been no response at all. The only way, I can make payment is to top up debit and use the debit as payment. A truly terrible customer service.

Singtel encourage customers to download their Hi App but since day One,the unreliable app has failed in every performance available.Whatever you top up won't be reflected in the app till hours later.Then what's the point of having the app?It doesn't help their operators have thick accents and expect us to comprehend.
