Adding beneficiary is like a hell of task. App frequently crashes. If you are adding the beneficiary information and minimized the app, everything will be vanished and you have to start from zero. If luckily you completed the process, you will receive a call to activate the beneficiary. After attending the call, when will will revert back to the activation page, it's automatically closed and no information is stored/saved. Please fix the bug otherwise it's useless. I'm going to uninstall the app

I send money to my NEO account, and afterwards I attempted to make an international transfer. However, the transfer could not be completed. In the sending window, my account information is showing as blank — only the beneficiary details are visible. Because of this, I’m unable to proceed with the transaction and I’m stuck with the app. Please look into this issue.

App is not working, I am encountering an issue while trying to make a payment through your services . Every time I attempt the transaction, I receive an error message stating: "Something went wrong, payment cannot be validated."
