App doesn't let me login. Whether through saved login or manual, the app says it's invalid. I even upgraded and got a new phone. Still nothing! I have to go to the actual website in order to check my account. Please fix. This has been going on long enough! Edit: It's been months. You guys gave me a reply, but you've yet to fix the issue with the login fields not recognizing the login credentials. You get 1 Star for not even bothering to fix your problem.

just started using this app, the login form takes forever to pop up, then once you login it gave a couple different error messages so far. I closed the app and reopened it and still gave an error. It didn't work until I restarted my phone. Then I quickly looked at something else on my phone and it logged me out when I came back and gave me a different login error, and took another couple tries to get back into the app. Not looking forward to these problems while trying to use the app in stores.

Very hard to use, very hard to log on to. I keep putting my account information and it keeps saying I'm supposed to have 16 characters. It doesn't allow me to add the 16. This is a mess of an app and not at all user friendly. When I go online, it has the same problem. So either the account information is wrong or this app is. In either case, thumbs down because I didn't design the app or select the account number.
