Ratings and reviews

The latest update requires drivers to turn on appear on top permissions before they can go online. I turned off this previously optional setting months ago, because it interfered with Android Auto. Several times while driving with this option enabled tonight, those old problems returned, causing my map to freeze, turn off, or zoom out all the way to the whole of the earth. This is a dangerous distraction while driving. Really hope they reverse course, before drivers get into accidents.

There are persistent problems with the app that have never been resolved, not even by customer support. For example, after accepting delivery, someone else has already picked up the item when you get to the store. It's absurd that the app counted it as cancelled automatically and gave you a high cancellation rate rather than making up for the mistake or error you didn't make! The worst experience was that customer support was powerless to address the issue.

This app is consistently horrible and support provided to Diamond drivers is non existent. The mapping software is constantly sending me to the wrong address. The app loosing signal all over the city (Denver). There are no options in the app for "problems with the app" which is 95% of the problems I encounter driving for Uber. Today I cannot go online at all due to a map overlay permission requirement which is already allowed on my phone. No one in support can fix. Sell the stock immediately!
