WU is using Plaid as an intermediary when paying from your own bank - yet when you try to make payment, this app states that Plaid is no longer available on Android. And there is no way to disable Plaid for existing bank account or when creating new bank account! This needs fixing as a matter of urgency! EDIT: there is zero need to use the 'contact us'. I have described very clearly a problem with your Android app - so please just crack on and fix your app problem! Tempus fugit . . .

Normally I use others apps to transfer money to Mobile Wallet like Orange or Mtn money and it is always immediate or takes a few minutes. I had an urgent situation and since I couldn't use my other app, I tried using this app to do the transfert since I knew the company had a good reputation. It's been 2 days already and the receiver still didn't get the money but of course my account has already been debited. What's worse I received a mail saying the transfert has been delayed. DISAPPOINTED!!

Pathetic. doesn't let you use cards beyond a certain amount.Doesn't even let you know how much the max amount is while stopping you from proceeding ahead. You try to add a card and fill in all details.Address, and the moment you press the add card button, it says you can't do more than five debit cards. why couldn't you just tell the moment we start that you have five debit cards already.You can't add a sixth one, and not when we press the final button.
