Don't use this app. Works like any other app but customer support is pathetic. Once I didn't receive the order, payment was done but the app showed the order cancelled due to an unsuccessful payment. I didn't receive a refund either. Customer support will say you will get the refund but it's been a few days still I still have not got it. Simply don't use it. Now I will stop using Swiggy too.(same company).

I ordered an earbuds on Instamart which was recieved defective, I wanted to get an exchange but was forcefully agreed for a return. I was supposed to get refund of 449rs + 12rs out of which 12 rs was refunded in some time and marked as completed, but rs 449 is not been refunded yet and it is marked complete! I have not received any money in my bank account and neither it is in process, it is marked complete. bank can't help because it's not a issue from their side, and Instamart is not helping.

Unprofessional and Unethical Swiggy Instamart Swiggy Instamart is really unprofessional and pathetic service provider. They are even more unethical. Firstly they will send you the dead products and upon requesting for return or replacement they will just refused to do so. Trying to get the replacement or refund for the faulty product which never turned on but they are really doesn't care about customers. P. S. I have sent an email with the details of my issue. Kindly respond.
