I like this app less and less the more I use it. Today I tried to change the debit card I use to replenish the account. I might have messed something up, I don't know, but the app refused to take the card - and worse, said it would not allow changes for 24 hours. When you're in the laundromat ready to go, that's completely unacceptable. Fortunately I got Google Pay to work. But this app could be a LOT better.

Forced to use app or pay a fee. Takes 3-7 minutes to connect to the "room". Starting a machine takes 2-3 minutes (IF it works) because of all the loading and slow communication, then takes another 2 minutes to return to the home screen before being able to start another load. All in all, the extra 20 minutes I waste is more annoying than the fee, I assume on purpose so I'll pay. Plus one refund request at a time, despite constant glitches. Timing is inaccurate. Scanner is finicky at best.

Since the app updated. They removed the option of adding the funds you want. For example, if you want to add $15, now you have to do 2 separate transactions (1 of $10 and 1 of $5). It becomes tedious to do that every time you do laundry. And in case you want to swipe/ insert separately from the app, they will be charging you an additional $.25 cents for each transaction.
