this app is so disappointing. it forces me logout of my account and when i try to log back in, it wont let me (error: username/email/mobile no. is invalid). even making an account is a hassle, when entering the otp it crashes and forces you out of the app. not to mention the interface is so slow, if i tap the back button it takes ages to respond. store locator for items doesn't work either.

Disappointed with the recent experience. The app had great promotions, but when I attempt to redeem them, they're not available—no plan B offered. To cap it all, the app is very slow, freezing during use, and there's no response from customer support after I complained about the problems. They just said to send proof, and I did, but then nothing has changed. As a frequent user, this is infuriating. Wishing the team resolves the bugs, upholds advertised offers, and enhances communication soon.

edited from previous 3-star. Offers pop up even before you can log on. Address database not accurate nor complete. Senior/PWD discount usable for click & collect only and application is via customer service. No way to upload/update prescriptions. Password security is basic. No notification of changes in prices (compared to purchasing in-store). Order dates cannot be changed and order won't even push through. App is good only to monitor points and nothing else.
