Ratings and reviews

This is a review on the renewal process itself, not the app. The app is very effective, and I would give it 5-stars. I have been attempting to renew this three times already. I get a notification that I have to sign in, and even though I open the app and am signed in, it still does not reflect my subscription. I was charged for the renewal, and even if I sign out and sign back in, the changes do not reflect.

In general, I feel OK about this system but it is not foolproof so I debated between a 3 or a 4. I use Safe Connect vs setting up a VPN on my phone and tablet; however, for unknown reasons, it will drop the connection and there is no notification. So, unless I check it everytime I pick up a device to do anything, I have no way of knowing if I am protected or not. Not good. Also, supposedly, I have a total protection package, but there are parts of the app that just don't work.

Randomly disconnects on my Android device. I have app set to automatically turn on with cell phone or Wi-Fi connection. It does sometimes, and sometimes it does not. When I try to connect it manually I keep getting the same error message. When I tried to send an email regarding this to McAfee I got the same error message. "Oops. Something went wrong!" Not helpful Note: I have double checked all of my settings. I make sure they're exactly the same to try to turn it on. It works or it doesn't
