Everytime when I tried to log in to my acc it is always LOADING or it will suddenly go back to the log in page again. I've been having this issue for quite some time and what's WORSE when I tried to call the cust service, it doesn't connect directly to the agent. PLEASE improve your service. It's giving me a hard time to do a transaction with my OWN saving MONEY. Really frustrating...

Applied for a savings account online but when using my vivo x80 pro phone, it keeps on rejecting my passport stating it's invalid when it is correct. They only accepted it when I've used my Samsung flip 5. I don't think it's a device issue as both phones have awesome cameras. Please work on this glitch for future and existing clients. Thank you.

Worst app ever. App loads slowly & the following error keeps appearing when I tried to login. 'Opps! Something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, please call our 24 client contact center.' How many times I've to call the customer service? I abandoned my 1st username due to this error. I was told that user has to allow all permissions for the app. I did so, created my 2nd username, & waited for another 12h just to see the same error again. Called & rectified. Hit error again. ??
