I love B&N but this app is almost impossible to use. It's easy to navigate but perpetually slow and always feezes. Ive been trying to make a purchase with a giftcard for 3 days on app. All day today it just keeps telling me "Somethings wrong. Try again later." Frustrated, Ive restarted my phone, Forced the app to stop and restart nothing helps. Other book stores apps are working fine.

Painfully slow. This app needs a lot of work. I love the store, but this app makes searching for, saving, or buying books so agonizing to do. I can't always just go to the physical location, so I appreciate that there's an app. However, it's almost unusable. Pages freeze or just take forever to load. And if I click on a title during a search, whether to add to wishlist or read the "about", when I click back to the search it refreshes. I have to rescroll or re-input the filters ONTOP of slowness.

2nd Edit: Login fixed. However, as others have stated, app is quite slow. Can't log in on the app. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Have cleared cache, have cleared all data relating to this app. Have tried everything developers seem to suggest, but cannot log in. This app worked a few days ago, but now it's useless, and apparently there isn't a concrete fix for it so far. Eta: Tried it on my daughter's phone (different model phone from mine), same issue. Can't log into the app.
