It's a nice app because it gives you the capability to control your window AC from anywhere. However, shortcuts are broken. Whenever I try to set an energy saver shortcut, it still sets the AC to cool, defeating the purpose of the shortcut entirely. I hope they can fix that. Because then it could be a four or a five-star app if they did.

EDIT: Resolved the issue with the account. The user interface could be better, because it feels a bit slow to respond to some of the user interactions, and the design appears to be rushed, especially in the settings menu. Some of the error messages during the sign up and sign in process could be more descriptive. Other than that, it is an okay app, and does what it suppose to do.

When setting up it hangs on "finishing up" and then says it is unable to connect to the cloud. I have plenty of experience setting up home networks and adding all kinds of smart devices, but have wasted too much time trying to get a GE washer (550) and dryer to connect. Not ready for prime time. EDIT: After trying and failing several times over the course of two days, the washer started sending notifications today, and the dryer was easily added and sending notifications too.
