Ratings and reviews

The app WAS great and super useful until the call recordings and transcriptions stopped working. There's no way to contact the developers because the email in the app description bounces back because it doesn't exist. Hopefully, the call recordings and transcriptions will be fixed, but it's already been several months... Also to filter leads, I figured out that the "Apply" button is still in the upper right corner, but it's the same color as the header bar so no one can see it.

Lately, it has not been good. Both on the app and on desktop, the leads don't all populate right after receiving them. The only way I can go back to all of them is by writing down the number that was texted to me and sifting through all those text messages to follow up with people. The not being able to dispute things that don't fit our profile is stupid. A lead just came in, and I responded and couldn't. I better not get charged for that!

Notifications NOT working! What is the deal with you guys not fixing this problem? It's been this way on all Samsung devices I've owned. You get no option to toggle the notifications on and it states all notifications are blocked. There is no way to fix this on my phone or any other Samsung I've had. It works fine on iOS however. Why is this? Please fix this as it is crucial to my business.
