There is no clear option to talk to anyone about fraud, and there is definitely fraud on this app. It's not rampant, but in the event one slips through, Shopify doesn't make it very clear what steps you need to take to rectify the problem. I want to give this app 5 stars as I've used it for a long time and generally like the experience, but anything that facilitates scam behavior and has no clear-cut way to combat or fix it will always get at least 3 stars deducted. New users, be wary.

My experience with the app has been fantastic so far, and I've used it for about 2 years. If I've had issues of, "where's my package" it has usually been a problem of the carrier not reporting destination departures and arrivals properly. I however still cross reference between the carrier and shop app.

Overall I like the app. However, for several months now I have been unable to link my Amazon account when it disconnects. I'm nor able to enter my Amazon password no matter how often I try. Sometimes it does pull the orders in, but not always. Otherwise it's a good app. As of 5/31/2024. I am still unable to reconnect my Amazon account. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Won't even let me type in my email address. This issue was supposedly fixed. Obviously it isn't. Very disappointed.
