Ratings and reviews

Always hang after clicking on Singpass QR code. Emailed and was told to clear cache etc. Didn't work at all! Just allow us to use other means to log in when there's always issues connecting with Singpass. Read the review about available appointment slots that do not appear unless the date is selected. This is ridiculous! Used to love this app, but have to switch to Healthbuddy when this is not working. However, HealthHub also has connectivity issues. SingHealth, please do something about this!

The app is not working properly despite resetting the app, restarting my phone. I cant even stay on one screen without being kicked out of the page to the main screen repeatedly. Very annoying when you are trying to make a payment and the next moment you have to go back in again. It's not working at all for days 🤬

Something needs to be done. I book an appointment at 9, arrive at 830 and when wanted to register online, shows no appointment made. Info counter check, no records of appointment book. Tried registering at machine but was gonna be given another appointment time at 12 so didn't proceed with registration. So went elsewhere instead and then called by polyclinic later if I am still coming for the appointment I book. Seriously, not the first time facing issues.
