Ratings and reviews

It sometimes takes a full minute to start up what is essentially a web page. Just embarrassingly slow. *Every* time I open the app it suggests I enable notifications, which I have explicitly turned off because I didn't want them. It's cluttered with "curated" lists that make no sense. It constantly bombards you with useless suggestions instead of just letting you get the thing you know you want it peace. Just an absolute trash user experience for something that could be very simple.

This app doesn't let you choose to use a password for login, and I find that astounding. Through much rigamarole you can eventually set a password for your account, but it's useless as it's not asked for to access any part of your account. Why would I save payment info in this app when it would be so easy to steal? The "security" is the easiest type to hack, but isn't even necessary if someone takes your phone. When trying to set up PayPal, the keyboard didn't work, if it popped up at all. DONT!

This app works fine and does what it's supposed to do, order food, track deliveries etc.. But it still needs work. As of the last few updates, DoorDash heats my phone up really hot. (Edit: 6/22/24. The heating issues seem to be mostly cleared up. Thank you!) Also, during order tracking, you obscure most of the map with useless BS. Let us swipe that stuff down so we can see the map!
