If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

Cheaper membership and rental than other car sharing companies in my city, service and customer support are fine. However, the one thing I loathe is that every time you open the app, you need to login either with a password or with a fingerprint. They force you to do this to add time to or check your reservation when you're on the road. I don't use my phone once the car is in motion and wish the app UI would reflect that level of safety.

I love this app and service. it's meant since not having a car of my own, I have access to one when I really need it. I actually don't think I'll buy a car again as this gives me what I need without the stress of car ownership. X
