horrible. Just for the chat access, the text input is under the phone's home buttons if you use them, and it doesn't jump up when you're keyboard loads. you can't minimize the chat to access your account without it disconnecting, there's no biometrics, refuses to remember your login from one moment to the next, rarely loads pdfs. the designer and coder of this thing laughed all the way to the bank.

completely useless app wow. every time I try to sign in it takes me to a blank page with a picture of a random lady with the words "rogers" at the top. I've reinstalled the app 100x, it keeps doing the same thing. hopefully their cell coverage is better than their app because WOW Edit: it's working sometimes now, thanks for the Dev reply. I'll likely just use a browser version to pay bills and whatnot.

Hi Levi, it seems to work okay when we test it out at our end. I'm sorry this is happening for you. :( Have you tried to check for any software updates on your device? Is the same issue happening across multiple devices or when you try logging into your account via a web browser? Thanks. ^yc

I can not get past the welcome screen on the app. Called for support, on the line for 1 hr 38 minutes. Problems are still not resolved. I need to keep track of my data usage. Overages cost me money. Took me 15 minutes just to contact someone on the phone. After them hanging up on me twice. I listen to them constantly asking me to use the internet to solve issues but cannot get past the welcome screen. Tried to sign in on the website but didn't get past the advertising.This app sucks!
