Buick massively dropped the ball on MFA. They make it terribly difficult to use, and there's no option to opt out of it. It defaulted to an email address that I don't have tied to my phone, and the phone number that they already have isn't a default option. I *did* get it to work, but their screens are terrible and you can't see any of the numbers that you are typing in. This visibility issue exists both for trying to register a phone number AND every single time you need to insert an MFA code.

This certainly isn't what we like to hear, Michelle. 1 year after you broke this terrible app, it's still a lousy user experience. It takes too long to open. Why do I have to hit confirm after face unlock? Just open already! Stop wasting my time with your cheap software. The silly video splash screen is distracting and a ridiculous waste of my bandwidth. You cannot send an address to the in-vehicle navigation, so now I'm stuck using the equally awful touch screen in my car and its maddening lag filled interface. Two massive thumbs down Buick.

When I tap on "My Vehicle", then "Vehicle status", Cannot get vehicle data in the app, (mileage, fuel level, tire pressure, diagnostic data, etc) error message: "unable to update, refresh or try again later, visit the help center for more support." 5/12 Still not working, even with the 4/15 update. Also wifi hotspot is not available, says it's enabled. Can edit SSID and password, but it ALWAYS reverts back to the original SSID and pw, no matter what I change it to.
