Go to the Website in Chrome! Before I left, I signed in. It opens its own browser & you need the password again to get to your pass. The browser won't remember it. Had to reset the password to get in waiting in line to park because my pass includes parking. Then I was logged out of the app because I reset it. I Screenshot my pass via Chrome. Map feature is useless. Print out the map before you get here. The app and the map in the park will not direct you to member kiosks.

The app is fone and dandy but there's one issue...there's this constant "an unexpected error has occured" bug where I can't look at park schedule, wait times, or anything that pertains to the park itself. The Busch Gardens app doesn't have this issue, just this app and it forces me to use the website if I want to look at anything outside of pulling my annual pass up.

It was sketchy and rough around the edges at first, but it's really starting to shine through. I feel a few more quality of life changes, and it will be perfect as long as it loads smoothly. Edit: I see a lot of people having problems with speed and improper loading, and most of those problems are your provider or phone. Some are justified like an old pass showing up instead of new one(not enough to make it a 1 star) that happened to me and a quick call to remove the old one did the trick.
