App has been advertising the pairings menu for days. I've tried every way I can think of to access it and nothing works. Even when I clicked from the offer within the app, it takes me to the regular menu. If I add items to the cart that should qualify, still doesn't work. I've searched on Google and there is no explanation for this issue. I assume the local stores are participating because our local newspaper wrote an article about the pairings menu. My app is fully updated. Very frustrating.

Really enjoy the app but would really like to be able to use split payment with gift card balances. It's a bit frustrating when you've got $4 left on a gift card on the app, your total is 6 something and want to order ahead of time but are unable to use to use the remaining amount of gift card and pay the rest qith another card. In order to use that $4 if either had to reload the card with $10 or more. Or I'd have to use in store. Please fix this soon!

The app is intentionally misleading with regards to its reward structure. On the order page, it doesn't explicitly state that the stars for a given item are the amount needed to redeem it. This may make the user think the stars shown are the amount to be earned, especially if the item is part of a promotion. I think tipping expectation in the app has also gotten out of control. I ordered bagged coffee that 1) the store was out of and 2) I picked up myself (replacement). So yes, you can tip me!
