CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.


For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

My laundry is at the mercy of your developers - please fix this! The app currently has a bug that will not allow the app to remain open for more than 3 seconds when logged in. My phone provided a notification that it had a bug & recommended that I clear my cache. I did that but to no avail. I even reset the app, & that didn't work, either.

When it worked, it was what i need. Now as some other users mentioned, when I go to add funds, I get stopped and asked to re-register my card. Unfortunately even after re-registering cards, creating a new account, reinstalling app, etc. I am still being prevented from doing laundry at my complex. Which is a HUGE problem.

I was excited to use this and it worked at first. Now when trying to replenish funds, I get an error message stating, "For security reasons, please re-register your card". However, it won't let me re-register, I've been trying for days. This is only my 2nd or 3rd time using the app! Adding to this 6 weeks later - they're also completely unresponsive, I've sent several emails, no response, app still not working.
