MooneyGo is the free app dedicated to mobility in Italy with the widest range of services.
Move, travel and pay safely with MooneyGo, the app to move comfortably every day in the city and outside the city with the means of transport you prefer, now also on the motorway thanks to the MooneyGo electronic toll service!
If you travel by car, with our app you only pay for the actual minutes of parking and extend parking directly from your smartphone in over 400 cities in Italy. If you use public transport, you can plan your trips and buy train and bus tickets, move around the city by bus and metro, book and pay for taxis and rent electric scooters.
In addition, you can activate the MooneyGo electronic toll to skip the queues at the motorway toll booth, use more than 380 Telepass affiliated car parks, and pay in Area C of Milan. From today you can associate your Satispay account with the MooneyGo electronic toll to pay for services weekly and without commission costs.

Abysmally bad app; terrible customer service.. Attempting to purchase ticket or load funds always results in error message "purchase was not successful", regardless of which credit or debit card is used (and all cards work perfectly with transit systems outside of MooneyGo). Contacted customer service multiple times, but they were useless, they did not have any solution to fix the problem with their system. Avoid this company like the plague.

While it took a little bit of getting use to; since I've never used an app such as this before also learning to trust them with some of my personal information. It was simple to use. The difficult part was using the public transportation system in Rome during the period that our purchased tickets were valid. Getting around Rome those days was chaotic with all the people and events. Since our trip to Italy is over and unfortunately it doesn't look like we'll back for sometime, a simple request to MyCiero to deactivate my account was all it took to remove my account from service.

Customer Service is never reachable. Have been having problems since October with tickets. Most recently the money was taken from my account but the ticket is not present on the app and I never received any text or email confirmation. It's frustrating using the app to buy tickets in advance then having to waste time and money buying another ticket at the station because I can't access my purchase in-app. I have only the bank statement as proof of purchase and that's insufficient for controls.
