About this app

The Galaxy Buds Live Manager allows you to use features such as device settings and status view when connected to a Galaxy Buds Live device.

This application does not work alone because this is a component of the Galaxy Wearable application.

The Galaxy Wearable application has to be installed first for the Galaxy Buds Live Manager application to operate normally.

The following permissions are required for the app service. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed.

- Contacts : Purpose for confirming Contacts information for voice notification function
- Phone : Purpose for confirming Contacts information for voice notification function
- Calendar : Purpose for checking Calendar information for using voice notification function
- Call logs : Purpose for confirming Call logs information for voice notification function
- Nearby devices : Purpose for confirming to search Buds Devices
- SMS: Purpose for confirming SMS contents for voice notification

If your system software version is lower than Android 6.0, please update the software to configure App permissions.
Previously allowed permissions can be reset on Apps menu in device settings after software update.

Ratings and reviews

Terrible enough to question whether I even want these Buds. It requires literally every permission on the device to do anything, even checking for firmware updates. I should count my blessings that the Android version of this at least reaches the servers without an error. Plugs into two different, but identically named, applications in the store that you can only tell apart by finding which version will allow itself to be installed to your device. No links from here to either one, of course.

"Find My Earbuds" impossible to use. Even after replacing my Galaxy Buds FE for brand new ones because the volume was shot in the left earbud in little less than a year, I used this function to make sure the volume was adequate at first. But the sound to locate them coming from the buds is impossible to hear while sitting on my tabletop from both of them. This wasn't an issue with the older Galaxy Buds I used to use before they were discontinued.

good app for sure.. I don't think there is another one better. just a suggestion.... work on some updates and then I'll give it 4.9
