Wifi set up doesnt work. Hope your router has WPS. 5 speakers? You have to log into each one for iHeartRadio, TuneIn, SiriusXM, Pandora, etc. App wont stay connected to speakers. Either your router, the speakers need to be power cycled to fix. No music controls for Spotify in the notifications panel, probably doesn't work for other apps. siriusXM interface is BAD. Does not sync favorites, will not save when added manually. Many other problems. regret buying nearly every day.

If you're using YouTube Muisc or Apple Music you're outta luck, the app isnt compatible with those streaming services. Odd that Jay Z's failure of a streaming service Tidal is supported, but nothing from Google or Apple. Unlike others who experience issues with this app, the app works perfectly fine for me. No crashes, no loss of connection .. its 2021. The app is useless to me because the remote and adjustable options on my HW-MS650 make the app redundant. It was nice to rename my devices and check for firmware updates .. but Samsung will never release an update to an "older product" that will add modern features like Dolby Atmos or DTSX decoding support.

This is an update from my previous 4 star review from 2017. It appears that I cannot leave a zero star review. This is due to the app no longer working since my phone was updated to Android 10. I now have a curved surround bar through which I can no longer control and group with my 2 x R1 surround speakers. I used to be a complete advocate of Samsung products but this and other issues (management) make me think that the customer is no longer important to them. Poor!
