The Washington Gas phone app worked like a charm, quick and easy. My computer connection was giving me so many error messages that I was about to mail in my payment!!

Very good app, its a life savor for when the check doesny go through or they dont recieve your payment in the mail. can pay bill here or ask for extension & see all of your info here.

It was a 5-day process to create an account. From a technology aspect, the company needs to work on their app. The phone automated prompts also needs work. Once you get a human rep, the process is good. Fix the bug app. It wouldn't let me create an account. 4 stars due to technological issues in creating.an account.
