Accounts with 3 or more eligible lines can subscribe to Call Filter Plus (Multi-line) for $10.99/month by logging in to My Verizon. If you choose to enroll in Call Filter or Call Filter Plus, the spam filter will be automatically set to block high-risk spam callers, but you can change your block settings at any time. It's a terrible app, along with the Verizon message app. I'm now using Google messages and Google phone. The Verizon call filter app provides insufficient options for spam and blocking calls and texts. Every time I'd block a number, the same caller would use a different number to call from. Google phone and message apps have solved my problems with the numerous spam messages and calls. I'm escaping Verizon mobile when the opportunity arrives.

Update: The app no longer works. I get a device not supported message even though I'm still using the same phone as before. I canceled the subscription because it's no longer blocking any calls at all. Original: This app is well worth the money. It has significantly decreased the spam calls I get. Instead of 5-10 maybe 1 or 2 slip by

This is GARBAGE. So tired of not having voice mail because all this does is ask me to buy Premium. When I click that I want to go to my voice inbox, it continues to ask me to BUY Premium. What happened to Message+ ? It worked fine. I could always retrieve my messages. Now, I can't even get to my inbox. Trying to force customers into buying this or not be able to access your voice mail should be a crime. Beyond frustrated!!!!!
