I've had my chase card several year's now and would recommend. I find it a safe way to purchase stuff and get rewarded for it. They had taken care of any fraudulent transactions that were made for me. alot safer to use than your banks debit card. Just got be responsible and keep your balance down. I think my interest rate should be better because of my credit score and all ways on time monthly payments. others than that I would recommend.

I have used auto pay for years. Suddenly my payments were returned. One of the numbers either my routing or account number was changed. I fixed it and my payment was accepted. I got a call explaining that that was a one time fix and once the payment was accepted I had to go into manage payment set up and put my debit card in for auto payments. I got another notice my payment didn't go through. I can't find where to add my debit card and I can't check my checking account numbers.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Chase. I have had perfect payments with them for a long time. I have a FICO score of 800. The 1 time I am late by 1 day and they penalized me $36⁰⁰. I will pay the rest of my credit card off and will not use it again. I used my card a lot. I hope the extra $36⁰⁰ was worth it Chase. You lost out on a lot of extra revenue from me.
