UPDATE, for several weeks now, I can't even checkout OTC products. The checkout link goes to a blank white page. I have communicated this several times with no r In app feedback doesn't work. I get some text (preferred) some voicemail (hated), coming from different unknown numbers. When I click on feedback it says "no apps can perform this function". I have requested they honor my notification preferences, and they won't. Bombarded by voice calls and voicemail while all my preferences are email.

I can't log in via the app anymore. I get this message: ERR_HTTP_REPONSE_CODE_FAILURE. I can go to the website and log in, but it is obviously not set up to view on a cell phone and is not easy to use. Fix this. The Humana had the same problem recently that they fixed. 8/6/2024... The error code no longer shows up, but nothing happens when I click on the 'sign in' button. Sometimes I can go directly to the website, but it's very hard to find what I want. Thank God I'm on auto refill.

It's an ok app. Sometimes it works well but other times it doesn't. If you want to get a refill or if you want to order something in the store, they're all over that. But, like now below this box there's a space to "Tell us more (optional)" all I'm getting is the proverbial spinning circle. I got on here for one purpose, which I was able to do after a couple of tries 🙄 but, then I tried to look up info about a med that I take (have filled here) but I can't find that info. Frustrating!!
