I really enjoy working out at home with no equipment since im a beginner. As a suggestion, I would like to see the exercise helpful hints at the beginning of the exercise, not when there is 10 sec left. These include, but are not limited to, "Hold at the top of the flex on the exercise," or "If this is too hard, try holding your leg with a towel." This across the board on all your exercise apps. I have downloaded almost all of them!

This is a good app. The exercises aren't hard but definitely do work. I'm in ok shape and use the standard version of exercises. The time frame of each workout is perfect. There is a bit of a bug with the reminder notifications (sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't) but overall I'm pleased with the app and workouts.

It is great for an intense quick workout for the butt, thighs, and hips. I would give it 5 stars if it synced with my Google Fit like the other two apps I have from the same company (Six Pack in 30 Days and Arm Workout). For some reason, this one won't sync. Also, instead of music, it should be like the other two apps where it has the ticking for time. I like the 10 second warning though, which the other two apps don't have.
