1. If your building switches from cards to the app, they will not credit you for the cards with balances, and you cannot import them, even though this SAME company still has your money. 2. The app requests waaay too many permissions for what it does. 3. They will spam you with advertisements, even though this is, I will emphasize, a *paid* service. But hey, at least it has the functionality of a laggy timer, which is technically better than if it only had all those downsides with no upsides.

It only allows you to pay in increments of $5 or more, which don't fit with the $1.60 it charges per load, but it will charge you an "[in]convenience fee" if you don't get the app. Getting an account will subscribe you to their obnoxious marketing emails. The interface is simply most obnoxious. Do not bother with this system if you don't have to.

The app works fine. Occasionally the washers/dryers will be glitched and it won't let you use them even when they are open, empty, and available. My issue is that the minimum amount of money you can add into your account is $5. I frequently run into scenarios when I do not need a whole $5 but sometimes need $2 or $3, just to finish a load or add time. What happens if you end up never using these washers again? Does the money just sit there? Also, the minimum custom amount is $5.
