I LOVE using their delivery. The shoppers are quick and efficient. If they are out of something on my list, they contact you on the apps instant messaging feature so you can tell them what alternate item you want. You can also add items while they are shopping if you forgot something.

The app has a bug and screwed over my pickup order because I could not edit my substitutions. Can someone please fix this issue? The app has been buggy for over a year now. I tried clearing cache and reinstalling but did not fix issues. In addition, whenever I try to open app, it will say "Retry." It could also benefit with a Save For Later option for items that one might wish to purchase at a later time.

Easy to use and set up. Makes life much easier when I don't have time to shop. Editing my review because they've redone the checkout screen to where it makes the tip portion super unassuming/inconspicuous somewhere lost in the charges/items, which often results in me under tipping initially because the tip screen used to be after the checkout screen for years.
