Ratings and reviews

Even with good service or reliable internet, I still encounter issues logging in (ex. logging in screen lasting multiple minutes). Thankfully, this app I only use on work trips or in the field. We have hardwired methods in the office that are far more reliable. I appreciate the app giving offline punches it will track until it can connect. However, I feel it isn't utilizing that enough given my semi-frequent inability to fully log in to the app when "connected."

As an employee, I really love the ease of clocking in and out using this app. However, a couple of weeks ago the clock in button disappeared and I can only use it to clock out. I've tried reaching out for customer service through the website but have only been directed to unrelated videos/ forums. My manager has been unable to get specific help through email and has been waiting days for a promised phone call.

This app is HOT GARBAGE. It doesn't connect to a server unless you are logged on to a wifi network. Once you perform a punch, it locks up the phone so you can not navigate away from it unless you lock and unlock your phone. You can no longer take a screenshot of your punch. I don't know why maybe to keep from having evidence that the app isn't working like it should. VERY BAD, DOEST PERFORM WELL ON ANDROID PHONES
