Local transfer stopped working for about a month already. Can't type in amount to transfer. I've tried everything suggested - restart device, clearing cache and reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, and I'm super surprised that a banking company can leave such a bug online for such a long time!

The app sucks. Whenever the scam alert comes on, I can't close the alert and it impedes me from carrying out my online transaction. I often get the app shutting down in the midst of a transaction as well, I have never come across a banking app that is so substandard. Another issue is the pages on the app cannot load, I often got to start the logging in process all over again. The entire team of tech guys behind the OCBC app should look for another job.

i use finger print to login it used to be good but recently it is not so. it often fails with error msg "sorry we can't process with your request, pls enter a valid one time password" ???? and this problem more than 50% of the times. when this happens i hv to repeat same finger print login one or several times to succeed. quite frastrating! (3/8/2025) update ... ok .. above problem did not persist for too long and had since been resolved. just to upate. thank you. 16/11/2025
