I had been having major issues with my phone, that I was ready to throw it in front of a speeding bus! every time I touched the keyboard, or an app, all sorts of popups starting showing up, one after another, layering on top of each other! I couldn't do anything. I called Samsung Support and spoke with 2 different representatives, Eric and Anwar, and with the help of Smart Tutor, they were able to locate and delete all of my apps that were infecting my phone. It's working fine now!

I had a serious conflict with my Bluetooth connection. Would not play media thru Bluetooth devices. It said it was but only coming out of phone speakers. But Bluetooth worked for notifications, etc. Josh got in my phone. Went so fast it was a blur! And just like that he fixed my problem. And made my day. Wish I could thank him

I have what Samsung says is a hardware or software issue that they can't find or resolve. Every time I receive or send a picture I have to click on the optimize button. now they want me to drive 28 miles so somebody can look at my phone in person. I'm willing to bet they're going to pass it off to someone else again.
