The UI organization is everywhere and doesn't make any sense. It's hard to find my way around both iPhone/android apps here. If the interface could be organized to make everything make sense that would be very helpful and a much appreciated change and I say that for everyone in the CU area.

App UI is terrible to navigate. No way to easily add or update payment methods, let alone the alerts section where you can't delete them without going into each individually. Can't view details of bills without downloading them either. Just absolutely clunky and unhelpful, but is about the only way to pay without fees, so here we are.

Terrible. The auto-fill on bill pay doesn't work correctly. It auto-fills, and then won't accept the info until you retype it. The search fields (for address, state, city) turn into drop menus mid typing. It you auto-fill your card info, it changes your payment amount to your ccv. Poorly developed and super frustrating to use.
