Slow and buggy. App takes forever to open from android to check and send messages, or call. It takes really long to open so forget about a quick text or call. And if you do send a message, then close your screen it logs you out and again takes forever to open and log in. You can't open fast enough to reply to a message. All old/read messages still show as new. Location takes forever to update in strong signal areas.

Hello Bethany, the issues you are seeing with the app opening and the logging out are usually due to poor network connectivity. This can be caused by poor LTE signal, VPN's, or poor wifi connectivity. Could you please email our team at gizmo@verizon.com so we can discuss these problems to get them addressed? The app is very glitchy. The "ALARMS" are so annoying to set/modify. You will set the time and try to select certain days and then when you think its set it reverts to a one time alarm. Or when modifying an already set time the time will reset to your current time and when you go back again to change the time the days of the week you need it for reset. It just took me 7 tries for it to finally set correctly. Update2: Support reached out. Bux is being reviewed. However, still no fix. Will Update.

The various functions seem to run pretty well. I WISH we could select which apps can remain active when "School Mode" is on. Example, we have a Daily To-Do list of recurring (important) things, some of which will fall during school hours. If the whole watch is essentially sleeping while he's at school, it's not going to remind him to do something. DEVELOPERS, CAN YOU WORK ON THAT???
